However, upon your arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: one roll of toilet paper, one hand soap, one shower gel and one shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of one single-dose manual dishwashing liquid, one washing machine capsule, one dishwasher capsule, one cloth and one scourer.
This kit is complimentary and is not replaced during your stay.
Likewise, food and kitchen condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Note: Internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please note that WIFI signal is weak.

Every booking requires a deposit payment and the cost of this depends on the accommodation rented. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (American Express, prepaid cards and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after your departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify us of your departure.
